I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the management of Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort for a truly exceptional experience. the concept of Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus was perfect for a relaxing and breathtaking stay. the professionalism of the chefs, especially the pasta chef during lunch, was commendable. the service team, particularly Hamada at breakfast and Abu Trika, were outstanding. the housekeeping team, especially Mahmoud, ensured our room was always clean and welcoming. the security team was well-trained and attentive. the Front Office team, especially Ahmed Salah, Diaa, and Israa, shone brightly. the Spa team welcomed us warmly and provided an excellent experience, especially with the Royal Suite package with Mariam and Nagwa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and hospitality. the food was delicious with a variety of options, and the Asian restaurant was a standout. Ali and Amgad at the reception were incredibly helpful. the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Every request was met with a smile and genuine care. the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from cleanliness to food quality, was remarkable. the manager's dedication to creating a memorable experience was evident in the exceptional service provided by the staff. Ahmed Ibrahim at the front desk was understanding and helpful, ensuring our stay was stress-free. the modern gym, four restaurants offering various cuisines, and multiple pools added to the overall experience. the private beach with crystal-clear waters was a highlight, and organizing trips through the tour desk was convenient. the shared lounge and garden provided lovely spaces to relax. Overall, this resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation, luxury, and hospitality, making it a must-visit in Hurghada for a memorable stay.
